Things Worsen For Ben Affleck As Actor Apologises For These Two Harassment Videos

Story from: 2oceansvibe.com

Oh, shit.

It was just the other day when we shared the names of three famous men who could be next in line to be taken down, on account of their dark history of accusations of sexual harassment.

Well, Ben Affleck wasn’t one of them, yet he is the latest target.

His name first cropped up yesterday when Rose McGowan called him out after he released a statement condemning Weinstein. You can see that here.

And, well, it wasn’t too long before damning accusations of the actor’s own actions came to light.

It all started when a random Twitter user pointed out that:

The Daily Beast’s Haley Jones then went ahead and found actual footage, tweeting:

Creepy McCreepster. Burton, who was a presenter on MTV’s TLC and starred as Peyton Sawyer in One Tree Hill, was 21 at the time.

In response to the support, Burton shared an “outtakes clip in which she references the groping,” in which she is seen saying:

“He comes over and tweaks my left boob.” Burton recalled, “I had to laugh back then so I wouldn’t cry.”

Watch from the 35-second mark:

Talk about a throwback.

Of course, Affleck responded:

But that’s nothing compared to the awkward five minutes you’re about to see:

In a 2004 interview to promote the film Jersey Girl, the actor, who was dating his co-star Jennifer Lopez at the time, holds Canadian TV presenter Anne-Marie Losique on his lap and hugs and nuzzles her.

As Losique squirms, Affleck interrogates her, “You usually show a lot more cleavage than this, what’s the story? Why are you covering it up today?” insisting that, “They would like the show better if you did it topless, wouldn’t they?”

When Losique responds that, “It’s Sunday morning,” the actor continues, “That never stopped you before from getting them titties out. Who are you trying to fool… Sunday morning? You can be in church, you should have that rack on display.”

“You know, you should work at Fox here in LA,” Affleck muses, still holding her on his lap. “You’d blend right in, they would love you. Fox LA, they have a pole that they dance on.”

Take a look for yourself:

Yeah, how’s that ending?

When he says, “It doesn’t have to be about sex all the time…it hurts my feelings. I feel used and exploited. I feel undervalued and objectified by you.”

Gross.

Although Affleck has yet to respond to the second video, Losique did come out claiming that this interaction with Affleck was “part of a bit”, telling The Hollywood Reporter, “I was not at all a victim.”

Each to their own, I guess.

Just a little reminder about brother Casey’s allegations – you can read about those HERE.
